Hello, my name is Suze and I have a sincere interest in good health and overall wellness. Not only for disease and illness prevention but to help folks get a lot more out of life in many ways! Why? When the blood vessel burst, it pushed my brain forward and gave me "frontal lobe damage" which, among other fun things, controls behavioral issues such as the ability to focus, filter stress, fight depression, harness anxiety, stay motivated, etc.. Oh, and a little thing called short term memory loss. But I'm a heck of alot of fun!! Don't forget that even a bad day is a good day! Finding a simple way to eat better has been a serious survival tool for me and Juice Plus+® has been just that! (I have been involved with Juice Plus+® for 10+ years now and every year sharing JP+ gets more and more important to me!) After my brain surgery I just couldn't get my energy back or get back to normal (Normal? What's normal?) because I'm too busy to eat "right", hate the taste of beets even though I know they're good for ya, can't afford the dang produce when and if it's available, and I'm too lazy to slice-n-dice or clean up the mess after let alone when I'm on the road. Nobody's perfect and I think moderation is key, but we all have to make some good choices once in a while....That's why I simply take Juice Plus+ whole food capsules every single day to ensure that I get more of the healthful nutrition of fruits and vegetables in my diet and I will never go without them again! Now, even strangers tell me all the time, "Wow, you look so good I would have never known you went through all that!". "That's because I eat right the simple way and it keeps me at the top of my game, more focused, and I can function better now than ever before!" is my proud reply. I often take more than my "daily dose" because I can make it through a rough time much easier when I ground myself out with good ol' fashioned food and that has kept me off of prescription maintenance drugs and has kept me highly energized to boot! I have to be at the top of my game, don't you? So, as a three-year Cancer survivor too, that's why I love what I do..."giving back" when ever and to whom ever I can and building so many great new friendships with the luxury of working from home or where ever I am playing! I was lucky enough to be a Co-Sponsor and a Committee Member of the 1st Annual Northwest Desert Classic Rodeo (to benefit Cancer patients/survivors and Our Troops); definitely highlights of my 2008 year! I'm lovin' volunteering for other rodeos here and there and enjoyed working with the Idaho Cowboy's Association publishing their ICA Fan Club Newsletter!
Your friend, Suze
