    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground turkey, browed and drained
    6 small potatoes, sliced
    1 med red pepper, diced
    1 med green pepper, diced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    16 oz kidney beans, drained
    15 oz can tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    a bit of salt & pepper


    Directions:  Layer onions, ground turkey, potatoes, garlic, peppers, in slow cooker. Spread tomatoes all over, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hrs or until potatoes are tender. Enjoy!    Serves: 6
